| Dear Friend, The 105-year-old Broad Channel Volunteer Fire Department badly needs a new firehouse and has successfully secured millions of funding with the support of U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton, U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner and State Senator Shirley Huntley. In this time of budget cuts, the work by the volunteer firefighters becomes invaluable as ever.
